Mission Statement
- Hawaii Animal Rescue Foundation (H.A.R.F) is a group of volunteer animal lovers whose mission is to rescue, provide sanctuary, and ultimately to re-home abandoned, stray and neglected animals.
H.A.R.F is a non-profit organization that serves the State of Hawaii (primarily the islands of Oahu and Maui) and has been a no-kill shelter since its origination.

- Volunteer opportunities & services.
- H.A.R.F partners with other animal welfare organizations to bring healthy, adoptable animals to us, helping to lessen the homeless pet overpopulation that plagues our island.
- Ten percent of the animals we receive are owner surrenders and 90 percent are transferred from other organizations filled to capacity.
